We understand that everyday plans shift and work commitments crop up. We only ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer the bay to another driver.

1. Cancellation window
Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before the job starts and you pay nothing. Notice given past that mark may carry the cost of bespoke components already purchased for your vehicle, as noted in the quote.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your bay time at no charge. We will offer the earliest open ramp time within one business day.
3. Circumstances where a refund applies
A complete refund is issued if we cancel the booking, cannot complete the agreed repair scope, or if the finished job fails to meet the quoted specification and we cannot correct it within a sensible timeframe.
- Deposits paid for special-order mechanical parts are refunded in full if cancelled before the parts have been dispatched by our trade merchant.
- If a special-order part has already arrived at the workshop, the refund will be less any direct restocking fee charged to us by the trade supplier.
- No cancellation fee is ever applied to labour slots cancelled with at least twenty-four hours notice.
4. Requesting your funds back
- Telephone our workshop reception desk as soon as you know you cannot make your booking.
- Provide your vehicle registration and original appointment date to our service desk staff.
- If a deposit was held, provide your bank sort code and account number for a direct transfer refund.
5. Timeline
Agreed refunds for deposits are processed via bank transfer within three working days.
