Why Drivers Bring Their Cars Here
We started our workshop to bring honest trade craft back to local motoring. Every vehicle in our bays receives careful inspection, true torque setting, and clear pricing without hidden extras.
Fixed Workshop Quotes
We inspect your car first and confirm the exact figure for parts and labour before our spanners touch a bolt.
Named Lead Technician
The same mechanic who diagnoses your vehicle performs the repair and speaks with you at the handover desk.
Thirty-Day Review
We welcome you back for a complimentary check within thirty days if any sound or feel requires re-inspection.
Full Workshop Insurance
Your car remains covered under our comprehensive motor trade policy from the moment you park on our premises.
Dedicated Ramp Time
We schedule realistic bay hours so your vehicle receives focused mechanical attention without being hurried along.
Physical Parts Inspection
We retain your old replaced components in an inspection tray so you can see the wear for yourself.
Our Workshop Guarantee
Every part we fit and every hour of our labour is backed for twelve months or twelve thousand miles. If a joint squeaks, a clip rattles, or an adjustment shifts, bring it straight back to the bay and we put it right without question.
Trade & Small Fleet Servicing
For local tradespeople, a van off the road means lost earnings. We prioritize morning diagnostics, source heavy-duty commercial parts, and offer flexible late collection so your team stays on the road.
- ✓Consolidated monthly invoicing paid by direct bank transfer
- ✓Early morning drop-off lockbox from seven in the morning
- ✓Direct contact with the mechanic working on your van
Towns and Districts We Serve
Drivers travel to our workshop bays from right across the local borough and neighbouring villages.
Before you book
How do I book a workshop slot and get an estimate?
You can reach us by phone or submit your vehicle registration through our website. For next-day morning slots, please contact us before 15:00 on the prior working day. We inspect your car on our ramp, examine the components, and provide a clear, fixed quote before commencing any work.
How does payment work once the work is completed?
Payment is made only after the job is finished and you have reviewed the work. We accept cash on collection and direct bank transfer. We do not process card payments or ask for prepayment on standard servicing.
What is your policy if I notice an issue after collecting my car?
We provide a 30-day workmanship review window on all repairs. If you notice any unusual noise, pedal feel, or vibration within thirty days of collection, bring your vehicle back to our bays. We will re-inspect the fitted components promptly at no additional charge.
Can I see the old components that were replaced on my car?
Yes. We keep all replaced items, including filters, worn brake pads, and old control arms, in a dedicated parts tray in your bay. During handover, our technician will walk you through the physical wear so you see why replacement was needed.
Let Us Look Under the Bonnet
Send us your vehicle registration and what you notice while driving. We will ring you back within two hours with an honest price and our next open ramp slot.
