Suspension & Steering Refresh

For cars with uneven tire wear, knocking noises over road dips, or wandering steering on the dual carriageway. We replace tired coil springs, dampers, and split rubber wishbone bushings. The result is a planted ride that tracks straight and true.

   Joint play inspection under load

   We check ball joints, tie rods, and bush deflections with weight on the wheels using our shaker plates.

   Component disassembly

   We unbolt seized pinch bolts with controlled induction heat, protecting surrounding alloy knuckles from damage.

   Bushing torque at resting ride height

   We torque lower suspension bolts only while the car sits on its wheels to avoid twisting the rubber bushes prematurely.

   Four-wheel optical alignment

   We attach laser targets to all four wheels and set front and rear toe to factory specifications.
